Loews Hotels & Co invites recent hospitality program graduates to join its Leadership Development Program in Miami Beach. This intensive, 12-month rotation across the Rooms division develops leadership, communication, and guest service skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Participants engage in hands-on rotations in Housekeeping, Reservations, Front Office, and more, while attending workshops and mentorship sessions designed to elevate to supervisory roles within the company.

Qualifications

• College senior or recent graduate of a hospitality program.
• Willingness to relocate, depending on program offerings.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through the rooms division areas for about 6 months.
• Attend workshops and training sessions on leadership and management.
• Work with managers and division leaders to gain insights and practical knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address guest needs.
• Progress through the program to supervisory responsibilities.
