Job summary

Hyatt invites recent Hospitality graduates to join the Operations Corporate Management Training Program. You will rotate through hotel departments in a 6-week cycle, gaining exposure to Food & Beverage and Rooms operations while preparing for management roles.

The program spans about 6 months, with rotations in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Sales & Events. It’s designed to develop leadership and operations expertise for a fast-paced hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-week rotation through various hotel departments.
• Concentrate on Food & Beverage with an additional rotation in Finance, HR, Engineering, and Sales & Events.
