Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of related industry work experience.
• Leadership and campus involvement.
• Positive references from two previous employers.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing defective equipment or parts.
• Performing preventive measures for safeguarding the machinery.
• Inspection, operation and recording of maintenance work and costs.
• Ordering materials and tools within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and areas.
• Maintenance of facility, landscaping and hotel rooms (plumbing, A/C, heating, etc.).
• Establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Ensuring safety of the department and building.
