Trainees complete guest relations, events and sales training, and learn function book and computer skills. The program is designed for those aiming for Associate Director and Director of Events positions within Hyatt properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
