Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month program with 6-week rotations through various hotel departments.
• Gain exposure to Food & Beverage, Rooms, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Sales & Events.
• Develop management skills across operations and corporate functions.
