The program offers a salary range of $51,800.00-$74,300.00, with final salary based on experience and location, plus comprehensive benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• 9 months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and campus involvement.
• Two positive work references.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Rooms, Engineering, Events, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales.
• Experience every facet of hotel operations and support management training goals.
