Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is offering a Corporate Management Training program for recent hospitality graduates. This 6-month program provides exposure to all hotel operations through a 6-week rotation across departments and an 18-week concentration in Rooms Operations.

You will develop leadership skills and pursue a fast-paced career path in hospitality, with rotations in Engineering, Events, Finance, Food and Beverage, Human Resources and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Ability to provide references from two previous experiences; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through multiple hotel departments with emphasis on Rooms operations.
• Concentration in Rooms Operations for 18 weeks within the program.
• Expose yourself to a fast-paced hospitality environment and develop future management skills.
