You will work with a small IT team to manage WSUS patching, AD/GPOs, DNS/DHCP, VMware ESX, and security monitoring. Strong end-user support and training are key expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or 5 years information systems background.
• Read/understand PowerShell scripts and current implementation.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016+ and VMware ESX, DNS/DHCP, IIS.
• Experience with AD and GPOs; Office365/Azure AD/SharePoint familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain corporate and resort systems including connectivity, hardware, and software.
• Perform OS patches and upgrades on servers and domain via WSUS.
• Provide end-user support by phone, email, in person, and remotely.
• Monitor security and implement system usage policies.
• Educate end-users and assist with efficiency improvements.
