Massanutten Resort is seeking a network professional to maintain, modify, install, and support its data center systems on site. The role involves troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, and routers, and designing new network segments for technology initiatives.
You will document network design, ensure knowledgebase accuracy, monitor security and uptime, and participate in disaster recovery planning and IT projects as part of a team.

Design and configure new network segments for technology initiatives including documenting, labeling, and ensuring knowledgebase collection of network design, and installation and configuration of hardware. Perform network monitoring to ensure security, availability, and uptime. Position acts as a level 1 response to all security events and alarms alerted by security monitoring systems. Provide recommendations to IT management for improved network infrastructure. Support disaster recovery initiatives and existing recovery hardware and software through maintaining relevant documentation and configuration backups. Manage IT projects and initiatives, either individually or as a member of a team.
