Job summary

Devil is seeking a proficient IT Administrator to support PMS/POS software, ESXi, and VEEAM in a resort environment. You will manage network, servers, and AV systems while training staff and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities include maintaining secure systems, developing reports, and assisting with inventory and hospitality software integration at the Headwaters Ecology Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years IT field experience.
• Experience with resort PMS/POS software preferred.
• Strong PC, server, and network troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of ESXi, VEEAM, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with SQL or reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and AV support for Headwaters Ecology Center.
• Install and maintain front desk and POS systems.
• Support network, VPN, PBX, and servers.
• Develop standard reports and assist with inventory.
• Train new users and document systems.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security.
