Job summary

Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort in Twin Bridges, CA is seeking an IT Network Administrator to support, install, and maintain resort information systems, hardware, and telephone systems. The role peaks during the winter season with a fast-paced environment and a team-focused IT group.

You will handle end-user support, patch management via WSUS, and ensure security across network infrastructure, VOIP, and POS integrations while collaborating with a small IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• 5 years of related information systems background or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware ESX, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge or exposure.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, VOIP, and SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, hardware, and telephone systems.
• Provide end-user support for resort systems via phone and email inquiries.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on servers and domain using WSUS.
• Perform regular security monitoring and system optimization.
• Educate end-users on core business applications and procedures.
