Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor at our Kissimmee resort to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will interview, train, schedule staff, process reservations, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain service standards across daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience, supervisory exposure, basic computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service environment with supervisory experience.
• Experience with a POS system and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, schedule and supervise Front Desk team members.
• Greets, registers and assists guests; handles reservations and cancellations.
• Manage cash, credit card processing and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain front entrance and office appearance; patrol the resort as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries/concerns and escalate when necessary.
