Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in a customer service environment with POS system experience and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; proficient with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, schedule and supervise Front Desk staff.
• Greet and register guests; provide information about the Resort.
• Process reservations and cancellations; handle cash and credit card transactions.
