Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Kissimmee, FL. You will oversee daily Front Desk operations, hire/train staff, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

This role includes scheduling, guest check-ins, payments, and coordination with housekeeping for VIP arrivals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, weekend/holiday work, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience/training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train Front Desk staff and Manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations and ensure policy alignment.
• Interview, hire and train new team members and provide coaching.
• Manage guest check-ins, reservations, payments and folios.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor room availability and cash handling.
• Respond to guest inquiries and maintain high service standards.
