Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Miami, FL is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest and resident service at our resort-style communities.

You will act as liaison, handle payments, run reports, coordinate with the Property Manager, maintain a welcoming reception, manage reservations, and support other departments as needed. A High School diploma and 1+ year customer service experience are required, with a strong team mindset and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience with strong service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the property liaison, providing information in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits; run reports and submit maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming desk area and oversee retail/inventory.
• Manage guest reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and site assignments.
• Support other departments as needed to help operations run smoothly.
