Job summary

At andCo Hospitality seeks an experienced Resort Manager for a high-volume Kissimmee property. You will lead all aspects of the resort, from guest experience and financial performance to operational discipline across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping, and amenities.

You will drive revenue, manage expenses, coach a large team, and partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale resort or full-service hotel operations.
• Experience managing 400+ keys and multiple departments.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own overall resort performance across guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Drive F&B performance and cost control across departments.
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing team.
• Ensure operational excellence in housekeeping, engineering, Front Office, and amenities.
• Champion sustainability and responsible tourism.
