Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Guest Services Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with concierge needs.

You will answer calls, respond to inquiries, process reservations, manage room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a memorable stay. 18+, 1 year of customer service, strong communication and computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience a plus.
• Proficient in computers; experience with property management systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide prompt service.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all required information is obtained.
• Assist guests with concierge needs and process reservations via in person, phone, or email.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist with administrative tasks.
