You will handle cash and credit card transactions, balance receipts, and verify charges in guest folios while delivering hospitality with heart. If you read, write, and understand English well, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and stay detail‑oriented, you’ll thrive on our team

• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
