Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, and ensuring accurate guest folios. Strong English communication and a proactive, customer-first mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue unit keys and share information about resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
