Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet and assist resort guests throughout their stay. You will help make arrivals, check-ins, and downtime more enjoyable while upholding a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities include assisting guests directly or routing requests to the appropriate department, and answering questions about amenities, services, policies, and local attractions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.
• Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve resort guests during their stay to make arrival, check-in and stay easier and more enjoyable.
• Ensure proper handling of guest luggage with a professional appearance and cordial attitude.
• Provide services to guests or refer requests to the appropriate department manager.
• Answer inquiries about amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.
