You will share information about the resort, assist with reservations, and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy. You will balance cash, provide room rate quotes, respond promptly to inquiries, and strive to create memorable experiences for travelers at our properties worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from check-in to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration; issue unit keys and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform routine money-handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
