Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to ensure guests have memorable vacations from registration to checkout. You will provide hospitality, information on the resort and area attractions, and assist with room rate quotes and reservations.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, issuing keys, and confirming reservations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures, balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
