Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in a hospitality environment.

You will warmly greet guests, assist with registrations, provide information about the resort and local attractions, and help with room rate quotes and reservations throughout the guest journey. Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, handling check-outs, and promptly addressing guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, and understand).
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide housekeeping with information about the resort and area attractions.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier/money handling duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges are accurate in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
