Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, guide them through registration, and assist with reservations and information about the resort and surrounding attractions.

You will process payments, balance transactions, and ensure accurate folio details, while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Join a team that values hospitality with heart.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail in reconciliations and folios.
Comfort with basic computer tasks and resort software.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
Process cash and card payments following procedures.
Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
Complete check-out procedures and verify charges on guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; provide rate quotes.
