Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead the Guest Services department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to quality and financial standards.

You will hire, train, motivate, coach, and develop guest service staff, manage room inventory and billing accuracy, and oversee the Internal Audit process while coordinating across departments for optimal occupancy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Understanding of resort financials.
• Strong leadership skills (ability to effectively coach, mentor, and train staff).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Must have 2 to 3 years of management experience at a hotel/resort.
• 3 to 5 years hospitality customer service experience.
