Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Newport Beach is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will quote room rates and help with reservations, while handling transactions and ensuring accurate guest folios. Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests from registration to checkout with warm hospitality.
• Provide information about the resort, area attractions, and room quotes.
• Process cash and credit transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges on folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and accurately.
