Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at a high-volume, multi-department hospitality venue in New York. This role blends wellness, dining, and entertainment under one roof and requires hands-on leadership to guide department leads while maintaining a strong corporate structure.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hotel, spa, food & beverage, and facilities operations, with proven budgeting and revenue-generation expertise.

• Manage budgeting, KPI tracking, and revenue generation strategies
