Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at a high-volume, multi-department hospitality destination blending wellness, dining and entertainment. The GM leads hands-on, multi-unit teams and drives guest satisfaction.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, budgeting and KPI management, and a track record of revenue growth in resort, hotel, spa or country club settings.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality operations (Hotel, Spa, Food & Beverage, Facilities).
• Experience budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation.
• Ability to implement corporate structure in a creative, entrepreneurial setting.
• Hands-on leadership with active engagement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments (hotel, spa, dining, facilities).
• Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and revenue strategies.
• Maintain corporate structure while fostering a creative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Train and oversee department leads; lead by example with hands-on leadership.
• Resort or country club operations experience is a plus.
