Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Resort Assistant Manager who will lead Front Office operations to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintain exceptional hospitality standards. The role requires leadership across front-of-house teams and close collaboration with multiple resort departments.

The ideal candidate will have Front Office supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, US work authorization, and a Hawaii driver’s license.

Qualifications

Prior Front Office experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Legal work authorization in United States is required.
Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract required for this role.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Front Office operations as Manager on Duty, coordinating with Transportation, Reservations, Lanaʻi Air, and other departments.
Resolve guest concerns and special requests with professionalism; support Front Office during peak periods; act as a key contact for guests and staff.
Ensure compliance with financial, credit, and operational procedures while monitoring reservations and VIP/group experiences.
Recruit, train, coach, and schedule Front Office team members; manage performance and staffing in line with labor agreements.
