Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai seeks a Resort Assistant Manager to lead Front Office operations and uphold exceptional hospitality standards. The role drives seamless guest experiences, handles concerns, and collaborates with Transportation, Reservations, and other departments across the resort.

The ideal candidate has Front Office experience in luxury hospitality with supervisory exposure, and must have legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Prior Front Office experience in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, billing, and service delivery.
• Lead front-of-house teams while supporting operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Reservations, Lanai Air, and resort departments to ensure service quality.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support staffing and performance management for Front Office staff.
• Maintain compliance with financial, credit, and operational procedures.

RESORT ASSISTANT MANAGER The Four Seasons Resort Lanai is looking for a Resort Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You’ll Do

• The Resort Assistant Manager supports Front Office operations by ensuring seamless daily guest service, resolving concerns, and maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. This role provides leadership to front-of-house teams while supporting operational excellence and an outstanding guest experience.
• Oversee daily Front Office operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, billing, and service delivery while collaborating with Transportation, Reservations, Lanai Air, and resort departments
• Resolve guest concerns and special requests with professionalism, support Front Office operations during peak periods, and serve as a key point of contact for guest and employee needs across the resort
• Ensure compliance with financial, credit, and operational procedures while monitoring reservations, room assignments, and VIP, return, and group guest experiences
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and support Front Office team members, including performance management and staffing oversight in accordance with operational needs and labor agreements
• Provide leadership and operational support across Front Desk, Concierge, PBX, Bell Services, and Guest Services to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Prior Front Office experience required, preferably in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
