Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks an Assistant Guest Services Manager to direct and oversee all Guest services operations within the Rooms Division. The role reports to the Guest Services Manager and requires valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

You will manage staff, schedule and evaluate performance, ensure guest requests are fulfilled, and maintain top-tier service across all guest interactions both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the front office.
• Working knowledge of the Front Desk and Concierges aspects of Four Seasons services and policies.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls the activities of all Guest services positions; interviews, trains and schedules staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Reviews and monitors staff schedules; ensures standards and guest needs are met.
• Resolves customer complaints with high hospitality and professionalism, handling guest inquiries and events.
