Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who delivers outstanding hospitality and daily front desk leadership. You will oversee check-in/check-out, respond to guest needs, and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Proven Reservations/Front Office experience and legal United States work authorization are required. Opera PMS experience is preferred and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Reservations/front desk experience preferred.
• Legal work authorization in United States required.
• Ability to read and operate computer systems and hotel software.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily front desk reports and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
• Upsell rooms when available and manage guest requests with courtesy.
• Support scheduling and supervise shifts across front desk personnel.
• Maintain accuracy of cash bank and transactions.
• Provide exceptional hospitality in person and by phone.
