Job summary

Four Seasons Lanai is seeking a Dining Assistant to support front-of-house operations and maintain pristine dining areas for guests. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, teamwork, and knowledge of beverage service standards in a luxury resort setting on Lanai.

The position requires legal work authorization in the United States, availability seven days a week, and adherence to Hawaii health and safety requirements. On-island housing and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or dining service is preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and guest-ready dining areas.
• Willingness to work across all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and assist with table service.
• Reset tables with linens, silverware, condiments, and glassware.
• Restock beverages, supplies, and station areas during service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining spaces during high-volume periods.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage service standards to assist guests.
• Transport dirty dishes to cleaning areas and uphold a guest-ready environment.
