Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks a Front Desk Supervisor who delivers exceptional guest service and leads the front desk team with warmth and professionalism. The role focuses on smooth check-ins, accurate rate handling, and swift resolution of guest requests, while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, upselling functions, and supporting scheduling and performance of the front desk staff.

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of Reservations and/or Front Office experience required.
• Opera experience preferred.
• Legal work authorization in United States required.
• Ability to read and work with computer systems.
• Strong customer service skills and hospitality mindset.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily reports for Front Desk and related departments, including Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
• Check in guests efficiently, verify room type and rate, arrange luggage delivery, and issue keys.
• Oversee Front Desk operations, respond to guest requests, and cover shifts for managers and agents.
• Maximize revenue by upselling rooms based on availability.
• Maintain a balanced bank, handle cash and currency exchanges, and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Engage guests with hospitality, resolve complaints, and provide information on hotel services and events.
• Assist Front Desk Managers with scheduling, task oversight, and team performance.
