Job summary

South Seas, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio on Captiva Island, Florida, seeks an AM Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor to lead and oversee the Beach House breakfast and lunch service. The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You’ll work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced resort setting, ensuring accurate opening procedures, high service standards, and seamless coordination with culinary partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast and lunch restaurant operations at Beach House.
• Supervise front-of-house team, provide direction, and ensure standards.
• Coordinate with culinary and restaurant leadership for smooth service.
