Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island, Florida. You will design and lead recruitment strategies across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments, partnering with resort leaders to align staffing with seasonal demand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in talent acquisition, with strong interviewing, relationship-building and Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, hospitality, or related field.
• 3-5 years in talent acquisition, preferably hospitality or resort.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.

• Partner with resort leadership to forecast staffing needs.
