Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Michigan is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to manage routine office work, reservations, payments, and resident relations. You will greet guests, handle complaints, and support marketing and communications efforts, all while maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

The role requires strong customer service, basic accounting, and computer skills; access to the Sun benefits program and a collaborative team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2 years administrative experience (Required).
• 6 months experience using property management and/or reservation systems (Preferred).
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience (Preferred).
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet; data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and residents; handles comments and complaints.
• Manages petty cash and processes payments in Yardi.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file and perform admin duties.
• Assist with guest reservations by phone and in person.
• Prepare resort communications and marketing materials.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and maintain records.
• Refer sales prospects to management and enter data in PMS.
