Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to greet guests, handle reservations, answer phones, process payments, and keep the front desk running smoothly. This role reports to the RV Resort Manager and collaborates with team members to deliver friendly, efficient service at the resort.

You will manage petty cash, input data in Yardi, code invoices, prepare communications, assist with move-ins/outs, and support marketing and events while maintaining professional appearance and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 2 years in administrative experience (Required)
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems (Preferred)
• 6 months in hotel/resort front desk experience (Preferred)
• Excellent telephone skills
• Professional appearance
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email

Responsibilities

• Greets and establishes rapport with guests and residents; handles suggestions and complaints
• Maintains petty cash and records expenditures
• Answers phones, types, photocopies, faxes, files
• Processes deposits, fees, rent, inspections, and receipts in Yardi
• Prepare and distribute resort communications
• Assist with guest reservations and check-ins/outs
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders placed
• Assist with planning events and marketing materials
• Code invoices and submit for approval
• Refer sales prospects to management and enter data into PMS
• Review and input Sun Homes inventory and rental applications
• Maintain resort records and reports
• Complete and maintain prospect approvals/denials
• Handle other duties as assigned
