Qualifications

• 2 years in administrative experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and residents, handle inquiries and complaints.
• Manage petty cash and record expenditures accurately.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file and perform general admin duties.
• Process payments and receipts, and manage reservations and move-ins/outs.
• Prepare resort communications and assist with marketing materials.
