Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to manage routine office work and administrative duties at our resort, in close collaboration with the RV Resort Manager and the team.

You will greet guests and residents, handle payments and deposits in Yardi, answer phones, perform general admin tasks, assist with reservations, communications, and events, and maintain accurate resort records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years administrative experience required.
• Hotel/resort front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests and residents.
• Handle petty cash and accounting entries.
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, file and perform general admin duties.
• Process resident payments and deposits in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Assist with reservations and resort communications.
• Prepare and distribute resort notices and newsletters.
• Support guest relations events and planning.
• Review invoices and codes; submit for approval.
• Check guests in/out for reservations.
