Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to handle front desk and administrative duties at the resort. The role includes greeting guests, processing payments, answering phones, and supporting communications and marketing efforts.

The position requires strong organizational skills, a high school diploma, and 2 years of admin experience. It offers comprehensive benefits and a starting pay of $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in administrative experience required.
• Experience with hotel/resort front desk preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and internet use; data entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests and residents.
• Maintain petty cash and record expenditures.
• Answer phones and perform standard administrative tasks.
• Process deposits, fees, and rent in Yardi; issue receipts.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and newsletters.
• Assist with guest reservations and show homes as needed.
• Order office supplies and coordinate with management.
• Support guest/resident events and marketing materials.
