• Strong guest service and problem resolution skills.
• Front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and share resort information.
• Assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
• Provide information to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
• Answer calls and handle guest concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
