Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations, and provide room rate quotes and reservation help from check‑in to checkout.

You will guide guests through the registration process, handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and respond quickly to inquiries, contributing to memorable vacations and a positive resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring smiles to guests from around the world with a warm welcome.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and provide info about the resort.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm individual or group reservations; provide room quotes.
