Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Confirm reservations for individuals and groups and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Restock front desk supplies and prepare next-day reports and after-hours packets.
