Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and assist with reservations at our resort. You will provide information on the property and local attractions, quote room rates, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling, and promptly addressing guest inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Provide information about the resort and nearby attractions; quote room rates.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money accurately.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
