Job summary

Altitude is seeking resilient individuals for an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate role. You will independently manage a designated sales territory, build relationships with small to medium businesses, and use cold calls to generate opportunities.

You will be responsible for presenting Altitude's supplemental insurance products, closing deals, and following up with clients. A license in Health & Life or pursuit of one is required or reimbursed, with a focus on growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships within assigned territory.
• Engage decision-makers and present insurance solutions.
• Close sales and secure long-term commitments.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with clients.
• Develop and manage a personal book of business.
