Altitude Group is seeking Entry Level Territory Sales Associates to grow our market presence by independently managing a designated sales territory. You will identify potential clients, cold call to open new relationships, and nurture prospects into long-term partnerships with business owners and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory using cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers; present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Close sales and secure commitments, often on the spot; achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
