Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners within a defined territory. You will conduct cold calls, arrange face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

In this role you’ll build relationships, work with a collaborative team, and grow with the company as you balance autonomy with team support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses in your territory to offer insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs.
• Maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit daily sales metrics and activity to the sales manager.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
