Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, engage business owners, and grow a self-managed territory. You will present insurance solutions, build relationships, and manage engagements with decision-makers across local markets.

You will start with training, receive support, and have the autonomy to pursue new opportunities. Success depends on proactive outreach, collaboration with a team, and consistent achievement of monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outside sales environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting face-to-face with decision-makers to offer insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads and appointments.
