Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Territory Sales Representative – Residential to drive growth within assigned field locations. You will prospect, qualify, and close new residential propane customers, focusing on Home Builders, HOA communities, and OPS systems.

Success relies on building strong relationships, presenting compelling proposals, and maintaining accurate activity reports in line with corporate policy.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years sales experience.
• Experience working with Residential Home Builders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue from Home Builders and HOA/OPS Communities.
• Establish relationships with prospective customers and develop business.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the geographic area.
• Network with decision-makers to lead them to AmeriGas solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and maintain paperwork per policy.
